Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Since each piece is made by hand, please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
