Terms of Delivery

Each piece is made by hand to order. We start right away, but please allow up to 1 week for flower clips and up to 2 weeks for bubble bags, since every knot is tied by hand.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Delivery times after that vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
